Terms & Conditions

Fantasy Figures Forge
Last updated: 4 November 2026

Welcome to Fantasy Figures Forge.

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through our website, https://www.fantasyfiguresforge.com.

Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

1. About Us

Fantasy Figures Forge is a UK-based sole trader business selling ready-made products online.

Website: https://www.fantasyfiguresforge.com
Email: sales@fantasyfiguresforge.com

For enquiries concerning products, orders, deliveries or returns, please contact us using the email address above.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate.

Please note:

  • Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and manufacturing variations.
  • Measurements and dimensions are approximate unless stated otherwise.
  • Products may contain small parts or delicate components.
  • Any relevant age recommendations or safety warnings should be observed.
  • Products are subject to availability.

Minor variations that do not affect a product’s description, quality or intended purpose do not automatically constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, prices and availability.

Any corrections will not affect your statutory rights or an order already accepted unless otherwise agreed.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed before checkout is completed.

Our website uses WooCommerce to manage shopping baskets, checkout and orders.

All payments are securely processed by external payment providers.

Fantasy Figures Forge does not have access to, collect or store customers’ credit or debit card details.

Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse an order where payment has not been successfully authorised.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance, normally by issuing a dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline an order before acceptance where:

  • A product is unavailable.
  • An obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.
  • Payment cannot be authorised.
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
  • We cannot fulfil the order for a legitimate reason.

Where payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot accept, it will be refunded in full.

Once an order has been accepted, cancellation and any changes will be handled in accordance with these terms and applicable consumer law.

5. Delivery and Dispatch

Orders will be dispatched within the timescales stated on our website or otherwise agreed with the customer.

Delivery costs and available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we will comply with our legal obligations concerning delivery times and remedies.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Where we arrange delivery, responsibility for the goods remains with Fantasy Figures Forge until they are received by the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them, subject to applicable law.

If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Where a customer independently arranges a carrier not offered by us, responsibility may transfer when the goods are handed to that carrier, as provided by law.

6. Cancellation Rights

For most online purchases of ready-made goods, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel their order without giving a reason.

You may cancel from the time the order is placed until 14 days after receiving the goods.

If an order contains multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period generally ends 14 days after receipt of the final item.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must clearly inform us of your decision by emailing:

sales@fantasyfiguresforge.com

You may use the cancellation form at the end of these Terms & Conditions, but you are not required to use it.

After notifying us of cancellation, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

7. Change-of-Mind Returns

Customers may inspect products to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as they would reasonably be permitted to do in a shop.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
  • All components and accessories supplied with the product should be returned.
  • Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return postage.
  • We recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured delivery service.
  • Customers should retain proof of dispatch until their return has been resolved.

Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible, particularly where it forms part of the product’s value.

The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.

8. Customer-Caused Damage and Reduced Refunds

Customers are responsible for any reduction in the value of returned goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where permitted by law, Fantasy Figures Forge may reduce a change-of-mind refund to reflect the actual loss in value caused by such handling.

Examples include:

  • Broken or detached components caused by the customer.
  • Scratches, chips or damage to painted surfaces.
  • Alterations, modifications or attempted repairs.
  • Missing accessories or components.
  • Damage resulting from improper handling or use.
  • Damage to collectible packaging where this reduces the product’s value and results from handling beyond reasonable inspection.

Any deduction will be proportionate to the reduction in value.

Where the loss in value equals the full product price, the deduction may equal that price.

We may inspect returned goods and document their condition before determining any lawful deduction.

We will not make deductions for handling reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

This section does not apply to defects or damage that existed when the goods were supplied, or otherwise restrict statutory consumer rights.

9. Return Postage and Proof of Dispatch

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage.

We recommend using a tracked service with compensation appropriate to the value of the goods.

Customers should retain proof of dispatch, which may include a postal receipt, tracking confirmation or other reliable evidence showing that the goods were sent.

We may request evidence of dispatch where goods have not been received.

For a valid statutory cancellation, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or the customer provides evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made within the statutory time limits.

10. Returns Lost or Damaged in Transit

We recommend that customers package returned goods securely and use a tracked and appropriately insured delivery service.

If a return is lost in transit, customers should contact their chosen delivery provider to investigate the loss or make a compensation claim where appropriate.

Where a customer has exercised their statutory cancellation right and provides satisfactory evidence of having sent the goods back, we will process the refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Where returned goods arrive damaged, we may assess whether the damage resulted from handling beyond what was necessary for reasonable inspection and whether any lawful deduction is appropriate.

Customers remain entitled to all applicable statutory protections.

11. Refunds

Where a refund is due following a valid statutory cancellation, we will refund:

  • The price paid for the returned goods, subject to any lawful deduction for diminished value.
  • The original standard delivery charge, where applicable.

If a customer selected a more expensive delivery service, we are only required to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed.

No refund administration fee will be charged for exercising statutory cancellation rights.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and within the time limits required by law.

Where goods must be returned, this is generally within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

We aim to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.

If a product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact:

sales@fantasyfiguresforge.com

Please provide your order details and a description of the problem.

Photographs may help us investigate and resolve the matter more quickly, but are not an absolute condition of exercising statutory rights.

We may request reasonable information to establish the nature of a reported fault or problem.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Where goods do not conform to the contract, we will meet our legal obligations regarding reasonable return costs.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights.

13. Damage After Delivery

Fantasy Figures Forge is not responsible for damage caused by a customer’s misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow applicable product instructions after delivery.

Such damage does not, by itself, make a product faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where a reported defect is disputed, we may reasonably examine the product and consider available evidence to determine the appropriate remedy.

This does not affect the legal rules concerning the burden of proof or the customer’s statutory rights.

14. Collectible Figures and Product Care

Some products sold by Fantasy Figures Forge may be intended for collection or display rather than use as toys.

Customers should observe all product-specific instructions, warnings and age recommendations.

Delicate components should be handled carefully.

Normal manufacturing tolerances or minor cosmetic variations that are consistent with the product description and do not make the goods unsatisfactory will not necessarily constitute faults.

This does not exclude liability for products that fail to meet applicable consumer law or product safety requirements.

15. Incorrect Delivery Information and Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for checking that the delivery details supplied at checkout are accurate.

If incorrect or incomplete information causes an unsuccessful delivery, please contact us to discuss the available options.

Where a further delivery attempt is required because of incorrect information supplied by the customer, reasonable additional delivery costs may be payable where permitted by law and agreed before redelivery.

We will not impose charges or deny remedies where the delivery failure is our responsibility or doing so would conflict with statutory rights.

16. Fraudulent Orders and Misuse

We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to protect our business against fraud, payment abuse and misuse of our website.

Where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, we may delay acceptance of an order while making appropriate checks or decline the order before acceptance.

We may report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Nothing in this section permits us to withhold a refund or other remedy to which a customer is legally entitled.

17. Intellectual Property

Original content on our website, including our own text, photographs, graphics and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Content belonging to third parties remains the property of its respective owners.

You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our protected original content without permission, except where permitted by law.

18. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and accessible.

Occasionally, access may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates or technical problems.

We may modify website features where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in this section affects any existing contractual obligations or statutory rights.

19. Liability

Fantasy Figures Forge is responsible for fulfilling its obligations under applicable UK consumer law.

We are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable consequences of a breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill, except where the law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Breach of statutory consumer rights.
  • Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

20. Privacy and Personal Information

Our website uses WordPress and WooCommerce to manage orders and checkout.

Payments are handled securely by external payment providers.

Fantasy Figures Forge does not have access to, collect or store customers’ credit or debit card details.

For information about how other personal information is processed, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on our website.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be published on our website with a revised date.

Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an accepted order without agreement or a lawful basis.

22. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which Fantasy Figures Forge is established.

Customers retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights available under applicable law.
